Installation Guide
  • Saw the entry ports as needed and strip the cable according to installation requirements.
  • Place the heat-shrinkable tube on the cable and penetrate it through the entry ports.
  • Fix the cable strengthen wire on the bracket using a screwdriver.
  • Secure the fibers on the entry part of the splice tray using nylon ties.
  • Perform splicing, place the optic fiber on the tray, and make necessary notes.
  • Install the dust cap on the splice tray.
  • Clean the entry ports and cable (approx. 10cm) using a scrubber.
  • Sand the contact areas with abrasive paper and wipe away dust.
  • Apply aluminum paper to the heat-shrink part to prevent high-temperature damage.
  • Position the heat-shrinkable tube and heat with a blast burner until tightened; allow to cool naturally.
  • For oval ports, use a branch folk to separate cables during the heating process.
  • Clean the base and silicone rubber ring, then install the ring for sealing.
  • Assemble the barrel onto the base and secure with the clamp and ferris wheel.
