Product Description

The 400GBASE-SR8 module features an MTP/MPO-16 connector, supporting distances up to 100m over parallel OM4 multi-mode fiber. It is fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3bs protocol and 400GAUI-8/CEI-56G-VSR-PAM4 standards.
This transceiver carries 400 Gigabit Ethernet signals over eight wavelengths, managed via internal multiplexing and demultiplexing. It versatilely supports 2 x 200G-SR4 and 8 x 50G-SR configurations.
Designed for high-speed interconnects between adjacent racks, it enables horizontal scaling for AIDC with a transmission distance of up to 100m.

This Cisco Compatible QSFP-DD (Quad Small Form-Factor Pluggable – Double Density) Transceiver is engineered for operation over Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF) optical cables. On the transmission side, the module converts 8x 50G PAM4 electrical input channels (53.125Gbps each) into 8x independent PAM4 optical signals.
