The Cisco Compatible 100GBASE-SR SWDM4 Bi-Directional QSFP28 transceiver is a pluggable optical transceiver with a duplex LC connector interface for short-reach data communication and interconnect applications using Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF).
Built-in high-performance Chip with a maximum power consumption of 3.5W ensures a prolonged service life. It operates within a commercial temperature range of 0 to 70°C and has been tested in targeted switches for superior performance, quality, and reliability.

The 100GBASE-SR BiDi QSFP28 transceiver offers data center operators a compelling solution that enables reuse of their existing 10G duplex MMF infrastructure for migration to 100G Ethernet connectivity. It supports Dual wavelength VCSEL bi-directional optical interface, PAM4 2 × 50-Gb/s 850nm/900 nm.
With built-in high-performance Macom Chip and equipped with individually designed COB packaging, the QSFP28 transceiver offers high speed and low power in 100G links.
Qualified through a rigorous process with advanced equipment to ensure high quality and reliability. Tests include Optical Spectrum Test, Eye Pattern Test (Mask Margin >20%), and Bit Error Rate Test (BER 1E-12).
The 100GBASE-SR BiDi QSFP28 transceiver is compatible with various series of modules, switches, routers, servers, and network interface cards (NICs).
